Site terms
Information, not a contract
Website descriptions, package prices and launch targets are general information. A submitted form does not create a contract, appointment or service guarantee. Any engagement begins only after both sides accept a written proposal or service confirmation.
Project scope and payment
For website work, the written proposal controls the deliverables, revision limits, timing, deposit, final payment and care plan. Delayed content, access or approvals may move a target date. Work outside the accepted scope is quoted before it begins.
Client materials and ownership
Clients confirm that they have permission to use the names, photos, logos, claims and other materials they provide. After the agreed website balance is paid, the client owns the approved custom site content and design work, subject to third-party software, fonts, stock assets and other licensed materials.
No performance guarantee
We do not guarantee search rankings, leads, revenue, customer decisions, cleaning outcomes before a site review or any other business result. Results depend on factors outside our control, including market demand, reputation, traffic, follow-up, property conditions and approved scope.
Third-party services
Domains, advertising, payment providers, licensed assets and external software may have separate costs and terms. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for those services.
Reasonable use and liability
Do not misuse forms, submit unlawful content or interfere with the site. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available and liability for site use is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation.
Questions
Use the relevant project form and write “terms question” in the message. These terms may be updated as services change.
