What we collect
When you submit a JobBuilt Sites, Capital City Surface Solutions, or portfolio-demo form, we may collect your name, company or property, email, phone, service or trip needs, location, timing, website and project details. We also record the page visited, referring page, campaign tags and a random browser-session identifier to understand basic site traffic. Our page-view database does not store your name, email, phone or IP address. Basic technical logs may also be created by our hosting provider for reliability and security.
How we use it
We use form information to review your request, respond, prepare scope or pricing, prevent abuse and improve our service process. Anonymous traffic information helps us understand which pages and outreach campaigns are useful. We do not sell your contact information or add you to an unrelated mailing list.
Storage and sharing
Requests are stored with service providers that help operate the website. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or as part of a business transfer. No internet system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable controls and limit the data we request.
Retention and choices
We keep project requests only as long as reasonably useful for follow-up, records, security and legal obligations. To ask about, correct or delete a request, submit a new form with “privacy request” in the message and include the original email address so we can verify the record.

We may update this policy as the businesses and tools evolve. The effective date above will change when a material update is posted.
